For those who need to constantly use their brain for generating creative ideas, here are several easy ways to increase the mind power.
1. Mozart Impact: Listening to Classic music is proven scientifically for better IQ, to unlock the higher brain functions, and to increase intuitions and creativity.
2. Visualize: If you are before the suggested goal that you want to accomplish, simply place yourself in your imagination and visualize how it will be like when you finally accomplished the goal and how good it will be.
3. Eat: Hold your thoughts firmly during and an hour after you eat in order to help deepen the thoughts and channel through your mind. Make yourself cheerful and light. Eat slowly and take two kinds of fruits daily.
4. Drink: Two third of human body is made up of water. Many functions in the body including digestion needs water. Make sure to reserve pure water and supply yourself one cup of water every meal.

Top Soccer Tips on Defense and Offense
Here are some tips on playing defense and offense in soccer that worked out greatly for me as beginner. Even those who played soccer for a long time might not know these determining factors to consider, so read carefully and hope it helps!
Defense
1. You should play team defense. Two or three are incomparably better than one defender. While one or two defenders collapses onto the point of attack, the other defender catch the mistakes made and intercept.
2. The goal of the first defender should not only to take ball from offense, but rather to make them nervous, to lose balance, and to drive him/her into better areas of defense. It is to make sure that the ball carrier wouldn't dribble down to the center and to make goals.
3. Defense is the eye of the team who best sees the entire field. Talk, change strategies, and get the team on the same page. Lack of communication makes players play without assurance. Tell others, "I got your back," or "Behind you" for support.
Offense
1. Remember to follow after passing the ball to assist the ball carrier. Run quickly and pass with precision. Beginners must practice running, and drills that include both running and passing are the best to keep.
2. Utilize the team players. More professional the soccer game gets, harder it is to score goals by yourself. It involves both forward and support. Beginners should practice passing back and to the side not to lose the possession of the ball despite the pressures from defenders. More time you have the ball in possession, more opportunities you will get to score the goal.
3.. Be the strikers. Remember that when you have a good position where allows you to shoot, don't be afraid to utilize the chance to shoot. Shooting is like a pass that is precise and with right timing. When facing goalie one on one, remain calm and try easing yourself from getting too excited, which will affect the precision and determine the goal.
Last of all, it helps immensely if you watch professional soccer games, study, and develop the team strategies.
