Healthy and Delicious Food for Vata Type

Ingredients

- Meat: Vata types go healthy to eat.. 
Chicken, seafood, turkey instead of red meat

- Vegetable: Vata types go healthy to eat.. 
Asparagus and carrots instead of cauliflower and broccoli
Beets instead of tomatoes
Cucumber instead of celery and eggplant
Garlic and onions instead of peppers and mushroom
Green beans instead of peas
Sweet potato instead of potato and zucchini
Radish and turnips instead of cabbage and sprouts
*Leafy greens only in moderation
*All cooked vegetables are fine. 

- Fruits: Vata types go healthy to eat.. 
Sweet and stewed fruits (Bananas, figs, coconuts) instead of unripe and dry fruits
Grapes, berries and cherries instead of cranberries
Pineapple instead of apple
Apricots, peaches and mangos instead of pears and pomergranates

Helpful eating habits

- Eat more to balance the lightness
- Fats and oils are actually good for Vata
- Reduce raw vegies 
- Drink warm milk 
- Instead of beans, eat tofus and mung beans
- Nuts are good

- Cooked vegies is the best
